Not at all. After the Introductory Week, we move into a simple month-to-month agreement. You’ll get a clear outline of your support, terms, and privacy protections - without being locked into a long-term contract. You stay in control and scale up or down as needed.

Yes. Navigate is proudly U.S.-based, and so is every member of our team. You’ll never be passed off to an outsourced assistant or unknown subcontractor. We prioritize trust, communication, and alignment, starting with the people behind the support.

You will have one VA dedicated to your account.

They will work with you one-on-one, getting to know your preferences. They will also work to create SOPs in case they ever get sick or go on vacation.

In those instances, we will provide a fill-in who can take over until your VA is ready to go.

Our VAs will respond to any task requests within a couple of hours to let you know they received the request. Most tasks are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request. We are all about transparency and will communicate when something may take a longer period of time to complete.
